Nancy, a crusading investigative reporter, deliberately gets herself arrested so that she can personally check out rumors that the matrons of the jail are physically abusing the female prisoners. Once the head matron and her assistant get their hands on Nancy and other prisoners known as "the brat," the fun begins. It's a long session of tight bondage, fiendish tickling and painful spanking for the unlucky duo, and that's just for openers. Eventually Nancy gets her story. While the matrons are left fit to be tied.
