Let me explain :)

So. I moved to Amsterdam in 2019 from another city through a housing trade. That was amazing. I always wanted to live in Amsterdam and I moved from a real nice city center apartment in a big city to Amsterdam! I lived two years helping a much younger trans girl from Prague (and she had her surgeries here and all) and it was awsome. She is still my best friend. 

But having registered at Woonnet in 2011 I still have my points. That's 13 years worth of points right now. And that's worth something. And guess what, I got shown a really nice 2 bedroom this week smack in the centre. 

So I have a proposal to the right girl. Or trans girl. Or sissy. Or queer. 

So - right now I live in de Pijp, right around the Metro station. That's as close to Heaven to me as I can imagine. This is paradise for someone like me. 

I am a 'somwhat older' pan trans woman. Postop. I like to party pretty raw sometimes - wasteland, fetish parties, clubs that sort of thing. But ever since I started doing this, some 15 years ago, I always loved haveing someone by my side. Not someone I'd claim generally, but eye candy with a big smile, someone that makes me laugh. Partners in crime so to speak. Go dance, share dicks, that sort of thing. I think I can do this for some 5 years more before It'll become really undignfied and I fully intend tio enjoy these five years as much as humanly possible. 

I have an offer for you. 

I have a pretty huge bed. You come come live with me for 'next to nothing' - in de pijp -. We go to parties together. We share a life together. We cook together and we game together. After a few months I let you formally register here. When we register you are curled up close to me all affectionate and stuff. 

You'd be free to have your own private adventures - just not in my bed when I am not around. When you are with me you share, I share and we have no secrets. You get laid, you tell me, I get laid, we lauch about it together. You feel safe with me and I can feel safe with you. Partners in crime. 

Second step would be in about 2 years, where you go on my rental contract and nominally we are "in a relationship". By then I will probably get offered appartments on woonnet on a regular basis, but we gotta play this cool... so after another 2 or so years I move to a new and better place ...

and you get to stay here, legally. 2x2 years is allegedly a safe margin and the housing agency won't give us any hassle. 

I made this offer to other folks. A had a(nother pretty czech) girl age 23 live with me, in my bed for like 6 months, a good year ago and I found I really liked it. She was awesome, very nice, great ass, she made me feel I could trust her. But she got in a relationship with some rich daddy and moved on to greener pastures.

I talked all this over with a lawywer. He calls this arrangement 'a bit shady' but he suggested that this could likely work, as long as we do it in discrete steps. 2 years registered at this address... then 2 years of on my rental contract .... that means 4 years of having fun and living at my place, partying (with a bi older trans mommy) and there is a really good chance you them get your own really good 3-bdrm rent-controlled apartment, all while living for next to nothing here.

Strap me once every few weeks like the filthy whore that I am and i'll be absolutely ecstatic.

So what kind of people would I feel happy with? Transgirls. Girls. Queer girls. Alt girls. Sissies. Ages around 25-30. Emotional maturity, rationality. Yeah I like em pretty. 

Guys? Not very likely, unless you are like Geralt of Riva. 

Active party life. Kink. Swinger clubs. Wasteland. Bisexual or pansexual.  Experienced. 

We'd share a life together for at the very least 4 years. You gotta look forward coming home, and sitting on the big couch watching netflix. You are responsible and not excessively flaky. Gamer girl is a big plus. DJ-ing experience is a big plus. Not being an addict is a big plus. And yeah, owning an 8" strapon is a definite major plus.
